Certain TDI Training programs, workshops, or executive sessions may require payment.

 

Registration and Payment:

Participation in paid training programs is confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of full or agreed payment.

Fees:

All fees are stated in the applicable proposal, agreement, or registration page. Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

 

Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled training date may be eligible for a refund minus administrative fees.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled training date may be non-refundable.

• Participant substitutions may be permitted upon written request and approval.

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling by TDI Training:

Schwenk AG reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training event due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, participants may be offered:

• Transfer to a future session, or

• A refund of fees paid (excluding travel or accommodation costs).

 

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior written notice may result in forfeiture of fees.
